Wahoo & Sufferfest release free four-week quarantine training plan

Free training plans. Remember when we used to make the Sufferfest videos in the very early days? Good times.

The current global health crisis is impacting all of our lives in profound, unimaginable ways. Our thoughts go out to everyone who has been personally affected by the disease. While we all know that there are far more important things than smashing the next workout or getting a PR on your local climb, as athletes we also know that there is comfort, solace, and meaning to be found in exercise. In these extraordinary circumstances it can be challenging to stay strong and positive, especially while staying indoors and practicing responsible social distancing.

The Wahoo Sports Science team has spent the past several days tackling this problem. To help all of you thrive during this challenging time, we’ve created a series of ALL IN training plans. These comprehensive, structured 4-week training plans are designed specifically to be done indoors; to help improve your overall fitness, learn new mental training skills, and build a foundation for further development.

We’ve created 4 different options:

  1. Cycling-focused Plans
  2. Multisport-focused Plans
  3. Yoga and Strength Training Plans
  4. Yoga Badge Collector Plans

We want all athletes to take advantage of these 4-week plans. For anyone without a Sufferfest account, we created the promo code ALLINSUFPLAN, which gives new users 30 days free in addition to the standard 14-day free trial.

Share the details with your loved ones and go all in now, so you can go all out later. We’re all in this together.

Stay in. Stay strong. Stay positive.
