Bob Stapleton is stepping down as chairman of the board for the organization, a position he has held since 2014. The Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) is pleased to announce that Alex Dowsett (GBR) will attempt to break the UCI Hour Record timed by Tissot on 3 November at the Velodromo Bicentenario in Aguascalientes (Mexico).
