The Trainer Wars Trundle On: Rouvy Has a Sale or Something

Rouvy, which is like Zwift but uses Google Maps or whatever, has entered the TRAINER WARS. Kind of noncommittally. Kind of basically just Switzerland, to be honest.

BUT. They have announced a special offer on trainers for people who “don’t yet have a modern indoor trainer to workout, explore routes, and join the challenges and events happening on ROUVY.” Not exactly indoor-cycling-as-a-service, but it’s something.

Gonna be honest, here. These don’t look like great deals compared to what Wahoo and Zwift are offering. But maybe you hate Wahoo and Zwift. Maybe you’re loyal to… Zycle. If so, you can save three hundred euros on a Zycle Zbike, which sounds like a product we just invented to make fun of indoor trainers.

So then. Rouvy sells trainers and they’re a bit cheaper than they used to be. Not sure this cuts it. Rouvy, please sue someone (not us) immediately.
