OSMO Nutrition Introduces Blueberry Pomegranate Flavor

Major breaking news: Osmo Nutrition has introduced a new flavor to its Active Hydration line of science-backed sports hydration drink mixes.

Blueberry Pomegranate joins the existing Orange, Blackberry and Lemon-Lime flavors, which they say offers “a delicious new way to maintain optimal hydration when working out.”

We reviewed OSMO last summer and were impressed. It’s a scientifically backed sports hydration mixture that tastes great and really seems to work. Really, just read our article for the full story behind the product and why it works. Here’s a quote from it, which mentions diarrhea twice:

“The sciencey stuff is important because that’s what makes Osmo stand out from the crowd of rival powders that may or may not give you diarrhea. The company takes its name from a term called osmolality, describing the percentage of a substance within water – getting this right is vital for efficient intestinal absorption. And, yes, it’s also vital for not giving you diarrhea.”

Well, now it’s available in blueberry pomegranate flavor. Sounds like a seltzer flavor my wife would buy. Also sounds DELICIOUS.

Alright, now here’s a quote from Osmo.

“The Blueberry Pomegranate Active Hydration formula uses natural ingredients like sucrose, glucose, and a custom blend of electrolytes to replace water lost during activity, providing optimal workout results. The tasty and lightly-flavored drink can also delay fatigue and reduce cramps, expediting recovery. As with the other Active Hydration flavors, Blueberry Pomegranate remains Vegan and Gluten/Dairy Free.”

We’ve phoned this article in a bit, to be honest. Not much we can say about a new flavor apart from it sounds tasty and we’re glad it’s still vegan.

So: it sounds tasty and we’re glad it’s still vegan.
