2021 Haute Route Dolomites – Stage Two – Highlights & Report

With both the spectacular Passo Falzarego and Passo Valles on the menu yesterday, the second stage of the 2021 Haute Route Dolomites certainly kept riders on their toes. This 135km stage from Cortina d’Ampezzo to Trento saw riders climb over 3000m over the course of the day.

The GC battle kicked into high gear with Frenchman Loic Ruffaut taking the stage win over Marco Rodero Prada, closing the GC gap to just one minute. Mathilde Terrasson from France took the women’s stage win over Magali Krawiec and Mathilde Flandinet.
