A top-level sprinter crowns the men’s Movistar Team’s ‘Signing Day’ for 2023. Mario Cipollini has been sentenced to three years in prison following a long-running domestic abuse case. Cipollini was found guilty of abusing his ex-wife and her new partner on Monday. The former World Champion will also pay out €85,000 in damages and compensation. As well as serving time in prison, Cipollini was ordered to pay €80,000 in damages to Landucci and a further €5,000 in compensation to Giusti.
