Component manufacturer Cane Creek has suspended operations through April 10 because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Taiwan operations will continue normally, according to a Cane Creek news release. The shutdown became necessary with Buncombe County, where most of Cane Creek’s workforce lives, and nearby Henderson County issued shelter-in-place mandates. “We’re just complying with those,” Luke Bukoski, Cane Creek director of marketing, told BRAIN. Online orders will be fulfilled once the facility reopens. Product support inquiries should be directed through email. Expect longer response times. Cane Creek is targeting April 13 to reopen.

The London Bike Show today announced the winners of the inaugural Women’s Cycling Awards. The awards recognise some of the outstanding accomplishments in women’s cycling in the last 12 months.
