We produced some of our all-time best content at Eurobike 2010. DerailedUK, two stand-up comedians with their own Channel 4 sitcom, two cameramen, all taking a week at the zeppelin factory in Friedrichshafen to look at bikes.
But somehow, all that content is lost. We found a notebook with a rough outline of the jokes we told in one of the accompanying articles, but that’s it. No footage of us tricking a saddle manufacturer into telling us their product “fits like a bum glove.” No footage of a robot telling us that he’s a child when we insinuated he had a large penis. All lost like tears in the rain.
But then someone sent us this, and it’s a bit of a mystery. There’s no clue to where it was published, but it wasn’t CTV or DUK. Just a quick, random dispatch for an unknown publication (presumably some rando blog, given the quality of the content). One day we’ll find the true footage and articles, but for now, here’s a look at whatever this is. Hey, the robot is in this at the end!
